All orders are processed within 1-7 business days. This time frame allows us to prepare your order thoroughly. Orders are not processed on weekends

International shipping can take 3-14 days Glitzy strands does not cover any tariffs or custom fees.

We ship all items via UPS or USPS. Once your order is shipped, it will typically take 1-7 business days to reach you, depending on your location. 

Order Tracking 

Once your items are shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase. This allows you to monitor the status of your shipment. 

Lost or Damaged Items

At Glitzy Strands, we take great care in processing and packaging all orders to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. However, once your order has been handed over to the carrier, it is out of our control.

Glitzy Strands is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items during transit. If you believe your order has been lost or damaged, please immediately contact the carrier directly. They are responsible for the delivery process and can assist you with tracking, insurance claims, or any other issues related to the shipment.
